•2016 unusually cool, but dry year

•49% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot

•5% new oak, 25% second fill, 10% older barrels

•Residual Sugar: 2.56 g/l, pH: 3.52, Total acidity: 5.9 g/l, Alcohol: 13.9vol %
