Domaine Montmollin Pinot Noir Neuchâtel
The domaine has been a wine producing family since the 17th century. the domaine has it look today has been dounded in 1937. Today the 4th genration is working with expertise on this 50hc domaine growing 11 different grape varieties.
They are biodynamic and since 2017 Bio Suisse label certified.
the grapes for this Pinot Noir comes from around the lake Neuchâtel. It is a 13% abv. Good to drinnk now but can keep up to 3-5 years. Plenty red and blac berries. Somky aromas with some white pepper notes. A few tannins.
